LOCHWINNOCH PRIMARY SCHOOL - COMMUNITY GROWING HUB

Lochwinnoch Primary School Parent Council is delighted to announce that we have been successful in securing funding for a new food growing project. This will be cited in the grounds of Lochwinnoch Primary and will be not only a teaching resource, but an open site for community members to participate in outwith school hours. Our funding has been awarded by Scottish Government via Keep Scotland Beautiful CCAF Fund, and will allow the construction of many raised vegetable beds, plus tools and materials required for these purposes. We hope to engage the community and would love to hear from anyone who might be interested in getting involved. Any experience level is welcome and we hope that veteren gardeners will come along and lend their knowledge so that it can become a learning space for all ages.
